Can gift cards be used at any location?
Yes, EstheClinic gift cards are available to use at any location in Hong Kong – Central, Sai Ying Pun and Tsim Sha Tsui.
How do I check the balance of my gift cards?
You can see your purchased gift card at anytime in your account or you can contact us on WhatsApp to check your gift card balance.
Is there any expiration date?
Yes, gift cards can be used within 365days following the date of purchase.
How do I redeem gift cards?
During the checkout process, simply ask our consultant to redeem your gift cards.
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I use gift cards to redeem a package?
Gift cards purchased with a discount, such as during a special promotion, can not be used to purchase Packages. All other gift cards can be used to purchase a session or package, not beauty products.
How many gift cards can I use in one transaction at EstheClinic?
Please note that only one Gift Card can be used per transaction.
