How to become a member
1. Create your EstheClinic account
Register for an account – it’s free to join! Follow the steps in the account registration email to confirm your account.
If you are already client at EstheClinic, use the same email you provided during your consultation.
2. Book your FREE Consultation
Book online for a free consultation or contact us on WhatsApp to make an appointment.
If you are already client at EstheClinic, you can already track your points and credits in your account under loyalty points tab.
3. Make your first purchase
Come for your appointment and remember to provide your registered email address! With any purchase, our system will automatically update the points in your account.
FAQ
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 Esthepoint every time you spend $200. Depending on your membership tier you will earn from 1000 Esthepoints to 2500 EsthePoints for every package purchase from guest referral. To earn points, you must provide or checkout with your guest profile that is registered to your EstheClinic account.
Is there a minimum and maximum points for redemption ?
Yes, the minimum points allowed for redemption is 1 and maximum points redemption under one invoice is 4500.
Do my points expire?
Yes, Esthepoints expire 12 months after the date they are issued.
If you have any questions regarding date point expiration contact your branch directly. In addition, points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled.
How quickly will I receive and be able to use my points after I earn them?
Esthepoints are available on your account within 1-2 business days after your transaction is processed or your eligible referral has completed their service transaction.
NOTE: Rewards can be redeemed in-branch only.
How do I redeem points?
You can use points on any treatment or package.
During the checkout process, simply ask our consultant to redeem the Rewards available on your account and the Consultant will apply eligible Rewards to your qualifying purchase.
Referral credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where can I go to find all of my points account information?
Simply log in to your EstheClinic Account. You can view your year-to-date activity, your current point balance, or even buy a gift card.
How can I redeem my Birthday Gift?
You will receive an email with your birthday gift details on or about the first day of your birthday month. Instructions and details about your gift redemption can be found in that email. Be sure to add your birthday to your program profile and opt-in to receive marketing emails to ensure we know when and how to send your gift. Birthday gift is only valid on birthday month , multiple package can be purchased and all-tier member enjoy a 10% discount on product.
How do I redeem Rewards?
During the checkout process, simply ask your Branch Consultant to redeem the Rewards available on your account and the Consultant will apply eligible Rewards to your qualifying purchase.
Can I use points with other promotions and offers when I am checking out?
Yes, you can redeem points in the same transaction in-branch as you redeem promotions.
Can I refund my points?
Unfortunately, points may not be returned or exchanged for points, cash, or another product, gift card, or e-gift certificate.
Are there any limitations or restrictions to the number of points that I can redeem?
The maximum points that can be redeemed in a single invoice is 4500
